Based is how you feel inside.

The Yankee Devil Record originated as a way for me to build a journalism portfolio. Now, it includes several types of content.

In general, I include pieces here that do not fit on my personal blog, What Cheer Netop. The posts on there tend to be longer essays or didactic pieces, such as walkthroughs on technical topics.

As is the case with WCN, the articles on this site touch upon various topics. The posts with the article tag are informational in nature and avoid opinions. The others types of content have no such restrictions.

As the site grows, so will the range of topics. The types of content may diversify as well.
